Santa Monica
Nestled in a historic seaside district of Santa Monica, this 1903 cottage was originally a rustic retreat amidst windswept dunes. Over time, it became part of a bustling neighborhood, but suffered from unfortunate remodeling and neglect. The renovation restored its charm while modernizing spaces, including a bright kitchen, a reimagined upstairs with four bedrooms, and a serene master suite with ocean views, blending historic charm with contemporary comfort.
