Marlboro Road
A thorough immersion into the California Spanish Colonial Revival resulted in a residence thoughtfully connected to the rich architectural tradition of Montecito from the 1920s. The character of the house emerges from its thoughtful integration with the existing landscape, carefully nestling beneath established eucalyptus trees. A warm palette of ochre hand-troweled plaster, Santa Barbara sandstone, terra-cotta barrel tiles, and richly stained wood windows creates an inviting backdrop for gracious living.
