Mi Sueño

"Mi Sueño," once the grand dame of Pasadena’s Arroyo and an early example of Spanish Colonial Revival architecture by Bertram Goodhue, had fallen into disrepair after decades of neglect and insensitive remodels. We restored its original splendor, reviving features such as the Moorish coffered ceiling in the living room, and creating new elements, including a master suite with intricate Moroccan tile mosaics. Surrounded by lush landscaping and inviting outdoor spaces, Mi Sueño has been reborn as a dream-like blend of historic charm and modern elegance.
