XII Oaks
Inspired by the pastoral beauty of a Northern California coastal property, this villa draws its design vision from the rural Tuscan landscape, particularly the 15th Century Benedictine abbey, Badia a Coltibuono. The main residence, clad in warm American limestone with wood and stone accents, is organized around a central entry hall and a long, vaulted arcade that connects the far corners of the residence. The property features numerous outdoor spaces for al fresco living, including a spacious loggia overlooking a terraced landscape with a classical water cascade, and an Oak Court nestled under a century-old oak tree.
